About the Instructor
Steffi is a British Dressage coach and judge, competing and coaching up to PSG level. She is passionate about helping riders establish the correct foundations through effective communication with their horse, ensuring the basics are secure before progressing to more advanced movements and dressage tests.
As an Equitation (EQ) Coach, Steffi places a strong emphasis on rider position, balance and symmetry, recognising the important role these play in developing an effective and harmonious partnership. Through thoughtful, progressive exercises, she helps riders improve their confidence, understanding and effectiveness, creating the foundations for success across all equestrian disciplines.

In this session we will use simple polework exercises which will bring some variety and fun to regular flatwork sessions. Polework can help encourage a regular, steady stride and help to improve a horse's physical strength and coordination, develop balance, suppleness, lateral flexion and mental focus. A useful session for all horse sports and aimed at those riding at PC70 and above.

About the Instructor
Steffi is a British Dressage coach and judge, competing and coaching up to PSG level. She is passionate about helping riders establish the correct foundations through effective communication with their horse, ensuring the basics are secure before progressing to more advanced movements and dressage tests.
As an Equitation (EQ) Coach, Steffi places a strong emphasis on rider position, balance and symmetry, recognising the important role these play in developing an effective and harmonious partnership.
